As a Military Veteran I have seen firsthand what commitment to excellence and sacrifice yields. The human body is so beautiful and able to withstand many challenges. Through physical challenges, the body will and does respond; the results are incredible. I opened a fitness program and a private facility to offer my own style of fitness and wellness to a select client. All I ask for is trust and commitment because together we will get you to your goals! 

My Personal Goals are to help Arlington, Grand Prairie and our local community shed 2500 pounds in the next year! We have an obesity epidemic and It is now my duty to help, educated and motivate my community members to be more fit and healthy in 2016!

With over 10 years of personal training experience, accredited through the Cooper Institute with an emphasis in Biomechanics, fitness and wellness of my clients are my passion. As a collegiate athlete I understand how the body responds to challenges and what you can achieve with the right support.

I pride myself on my clients’ success, from rehabilitation, weight loss and muscle toning I’ve helped many of my clients reach their goals. Each person has their own success story I am the one who helps with the cover photo!

I am a ACSM certified personal trainer that is dedicated to helping people start, develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle through individualized programs designed to increase your strength, burn fat and change your lives. I find true joy in helping people live better lives and becoming the best person they can be.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and immediately went into the personal training industry. I have loved every minute of it since starting this awesome journey. 

My true passion is running and if I go more than a few days without running I usually start going a little crazy. I've completed numerous half marathons and a couple of marathons in the last few years and I love it so much. My goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon by 2020.

I have been the lead trainer and training program director for the last 14 months, I still find joy in motivating and inspiring our clients with new and innovative workouts. I never boast about our program, I simply let our client’s results show what we offer.
